How should I store my chile products after opening?
Once opened, our jars of chile sauce and salsa should be refrigerated immediately. For maximum freshness and flavor, we recommend consuming the product within 2 to 3 weeks after opening.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our products across the United States. Due to the perishable nature of some items and customs regulations regarding food products, please contact our support team for specific inquiries regarding international orders.
What is the shelf life of an unopened jar?
Our jarred products typically have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of production. You can find the 'Best By' date printed clearly on the lid or the side of each jar.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
Most of our chile sauces and salsas are naturally gluten-free and vegan. However, we always recommend checking the specific ingredient list on the product page or the label to ensure it meets your dietary requirements.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our glass jars, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
How do you measure the heat levels of your chile?
We categorize our products into Mild, Medium, Hot, and X-Hot. Since chile heat can vary by harvest, we perform regular taste tests to ensure our labeling remains consistent with traditional New Mexico heat standards.
